The Spine Chilling Skull 2011 is a headwear item wearable by all classes. The Skull has 3 styles, Tingling, which has the horns facing upward like a devil, Cooling, which is similar to the Spine-Chilling Skull with the curved ram horns, and Twisting, also like the Spine-Chilling Skull but the horns are larger and curved farther.
The Spine-Chilling Skull 2011 hat is available for purchase from the Mann Co. Store exclusively during the Very Scary Halloween Special event, which runs between the 27th of October and the 6th of November 2011.
