The Snowcapped is a community-created cosmetic item for the Medic. It is a brownish team-colored winter cap with a red cross on the front, and wrap-around wool earmuffs around the back. It also gives the Medic a thick beard.
The Snowcapped was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
