The Bootie Time is a community-created cosmetic item for the Scout. It is a set of green elf boots and wristbands with small jingle bells attached.
When equipped, the Scout's footstep noise is changed to add a soft jingling sound.
This item has two styles, named "North Pole" and "South Pole". The "South Pole" style changes the leggings to be entirely team-colored, and the color of the boots to match the colors of the Scout's default shoes.
The Bootie Time was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
