The Breather Bag is a miscellaneous item for the Pyro. It is a surgeon's cloak worn over the Pyro's mask and tucked inside its vest, along with a medical breathing mask covering the Pyro's nozzle. This item also adds a second respiratory nozzle to the Pyro's mask.
