The Well-Rounded Rifleman is a community-created headwear item for the Sniper. It is a dark gray kepi similar to those worn by French Foreign Legion and union officers during the Civil War.
The Well-Rounded Rifleman was contributed to the Steam Workshop under the name "Rifleman's Rallycap".
