The Soviet Gentleman is a community-created headwear item for the Heavy. It is a bandana, worn partially under a belted slouch hat, accompanied by the addition of black hair and a mustache.
The Soviet Gentleman was contributed to the game via the Steam Workshop under the name "Sexual Tyrannosaurus".
