The Hanger-On Hood is a cosmetic item for the Scout. It is a black mask with team-colored "eyes", yellow antennas, and yellow butterfly shaped glasses. The RED version is similar to the hoods worn by the Monarch Henchmen on the TV show The Venture Bros.
This hat features two styles: Without Headphones has the hat as shown in the icon, unadorned; and With Headphones adds the Scout's headset atop the mask.
This item was later contributed to the Steam Workshop, at Valve's request.

Notes
- The Hanger-On Hood is worn by Jumping Sandman Scouts and Giant Jumping Sandman Scouts in Mann Vs. Machine. Additionally, a smaller version of the backpack image is used as the icon for the Jumping Sandman Scouts and Giant Jumping Sandman Scouts.
