The Moonman Backpack is a cosmetic item for the Pyro. It is a retro-futuristic, rocket-shaped gas tank that replaces the Pyro's oxygen tank. The metal tip of the rocket is team-colored.
The Moonman Backpack was later contributed to the Steam Workshop, at Valve's request.

- The Moonman Backpack is set up for paint, but the item is not currently paintable.
Trivia
- Laudanum is an opiate substance historically used as a painkiller.
- Mercury was used to treat syphilis prior to the discovery of penicillin. It is a poisonous metal that is liquid at room temperature, and can potentially cause insanity.
