The Scoped Spartan is a community-created cosmetic item for the Sniper. It is a team-colored, mud-stained cape that covers the Sniper's back and shoulders.
As it uses the "back" equip region, the Scoped Spartan cannot be equipped with the Razorback, Darwin's Danger Shield or the The Cozy Camper.
The Scoped Spartan was contributed to the Steam Workshop under the name "Headhunter's Wrap"
