The Plumber's Cap is a community-created cosmetic item for the Engineer. It gives the Engineer a team-colored hat with an "E" symbol on the front of it, and a dark brown mustache.
The Plumber's Cap was contributed to the Steam Workshop under the name "Unlicensed Plumber's Cap".
