The Mediterranean Mercenary is a community-created cosmetic item for the Heavy. It gives him a brown beard with a golden ring, a golden earring on his right ear, and brown hair tied into a braided ponytail with two golden rings that moves with the player.
This item has two styles, called "Normal" and "Defiant Dey". The "Defiant Dey" style gives him a shorter beard and longer hair, which is partially covered by a team-colored hat with a golden top.
The Mediterranean Mercenary was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
