The Mighty Mitre is a community-created cosmetic item for the Medic. It is a paintable white (for RED) or blue (for BLU) mitre with a golden cross in the middle, golden edges and two ribbons behind the head.
The Mighty Mitre was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
