The Breather Bag is a cosmetic item for the Pyro. It is a paintable rubber surgeon's cloak worn over the Pyro's mask and tucked inside its uniform, along with a medical breathing mask covering the Pyro's nozzle. This item also adds a second respiratory nozzle to the Pyro's mask.
