The Trencher's Topper is a community-created cosmetic item for the Engineer. It is a thick, silver Brodie helmet with a team-colored stripe that runs down the middle and a strap that extends down the side of the Engineer's face and ends at the chin with an orange buckle. The helmet shows signs of slight battle damage; the paint on the stripe, the darker band near the edge, and the dome are chipped off, and parts of the helmet have been painted over in slightly lighter shades of paint.

This item has two styles, named "Style 1" and "Style 2". "Style 2" makes most of helmet team-colored, with a few spots where the paint has chipped off.

The Trencher's Topper was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
