The SandMann's Brush is a community-created cosmetic item for the Heavy. It is a team-colored sleep cap patterned with crescent moons, the Team Fortress 2 logo, the Heavy's class emblem, and Sandviches. The hat's tip moves with the player's movements.
The SandMann's Brush was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
