The Miami Rooster is a community-created cosmetic item for the Pyro. It turns the Pyro's default gas mask into a white chicken mask, with a yellow beak and team-colored crest and wattles.
This item can only be worn around Halloween or during a Full Moon; at other times of the year, it does not appear in gameplay, unless the server has Halloween mode enabled. However, it can be equipped at any time and can still be viewed on the loadout screen even when it is not visible during games.
The Miami Rooster was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
The cosmetic is based off of "Jacket from the games Hotline Miami and Hotline Miami 2: Wrong Number, who also wears the rooster mask and is the main mask for the game.
