The Horror Shawl is a community-created cosmetic item for the Heavy. It is a hooded shawl worn over a shirt with a separated collar. It also gives the Heavy a skull-style mask with "teeth" made of bullet cartridges.

This item has two styles, named "Mask" and "No Mask". The "Mask" style adds the mask, while the "No Mask" style removes it.

The Horror Shawl was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
