The Brother Mann is a community-created cosmetic item for the Heavy. It gives the Heavy short and shaggy brown hair, a long beard, and a thick moustache, as well as a team-colored headband and black sunglasses.

This item has three styles, named "Style 1", "Style 2" and "Style 3". "Style 1" gives the Heavy the entire ensemble, "Style 2" only gives him the hair, the headband, and the sunglasses, and "Style 3" only gives him the beard, the moustache, and the sunglasses.

The Brother Mann was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
