The Mr. Juice is a community-created cosmetic item for the Pyro. It replaces the Pyro's default mask with an ensemble of a variety of fruits, including lemons, grapefruits, a kiwi, and a gourd that is most likely a watermelon. The stalk on top of the head moves with the player's movements.
This item can only be worn around Halloween or during a Full Moon; at other times of the year, it does not appear in gameplay, unless the server has Halloween mode enabled. However, it can be equipped at any time and can still be viewed on the loadout screen even when it is not visible during games.
The Mr. Juice was contributed to the Steam Workshop.

Due to how the textures are set up, painting the Mr. Juice with single color Paint Cans results in different colorization on the paint regions between teams.

Trivia
- Unlike the RED version of the core of this item, watermelons do not appear in varieties with orangish rinds. However, there are breeds of watermelon with orange flesh.
