The Rotation Sensation is a community-created cosmetic item for all classes. It is a black baseball cap with a team-colored front (orange for RED, yellow for BLU) worn backwards.

This item has two styles, named "Style 1" and "Style 2". "Style 1" applies paint to the black parts of the hat, while "Style 1" applies it to the team-colored front.

The Rotation Sensation was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
