The Horror Shawl is a community-created cosmetic item for the Heavy. It is a hooded shawl worn over a shirt with a separated collar. It also gives the Heavy a skull-style mask with "teeth" made of bullet cartridges.
This item has two styles, named "Mask" and "Template:Dictionary/items/no mask". The "Mask" style adds the mask, while the "Template:Dictionary/items/no mask" style removes it.
The Horror Shawl was contributed to the Steam Workshop.

- The Horror Shawl's name is a reference to the Russian word "хорошо" (horosho), which means "good" or "well."[1]
