The Medical Monarch is a community-created cosmetic item for the Medic. It adds a dark shirt underneath a team-colored, short robe reminiscent of Santa Claus' garments, embroidered with gold straps and the Medic's class emblem on the sleeve.
This item has two styles, named "Style 1" and "Style 2". "Style 2" makes the robe the same color as the Medic's default lab coat and the undershirt brighter.
The Medical Monarch was contributed to the Steam Workshop.

- In the game files, there is an unused backpack icon for the "Style 2" style. The game uses the default style's backpack icon regardless of the style chosen.
Notes
- On the "Style 2" style, using the Team Spirit paint on this item provides absolutely no visual difference in-game on either team. This happens because the exact same color values are used for both the paint and the default "unpainted" color for the "Style 2" style.
