The Main Cast is a community-created cosmetic item for the Medic. It adds bandages around the Medic's arms and legs.
This item has three styles, named "Critical", "Life-Threatening" and "Non-Urgent". The "Critical" style adds a bandage around his right elbow, his left arm (with a blood stain) and forearm, his right leg (with two blood stains), and his entire right foot, as well as a blood bag attached to his backpack and connected to his right hand (passing underneath the bandages); the "Life-Threatening" style removes the blood bag and the blood stains; and the "Non-Urgent" also removes the foot bandages.
The Main Cast was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
