The Buck's Brim is a community-created cosmetic item for the Engineer. It replaces the Engineer's default hard hat with a cowboy hat with a band around the base of the crown.

This item has four styles, named "Good", "Good Alt", "Bad", and "Ugly". The "Good" style gives the hat a cow print pattern and makes the band dark team-colored, the "Good Alt" style makes the hat white and gives the cow print pattern to the band, the "Bad" style makes the hat dark team-colored and the band white, and the "Ugly" style makes the hat tan-colored and the band brown. Additionally, both "Good" styles add a blade of hay to the Engineer's mouth, the "Bad" style adds a cigar, and the "Ugly" consists of just the hat.

The Buck's Brim was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
