* If you look carefully at the right side of the bowtie, you can see that it's dirtied.  This could either be from blood, indicating the Pyro doesn't wash the bowtie, or from being burnt due to the Pyro constantly being around open flames, and the fact that the exterior clothing is not protected by the flame-retardant suit.

The Attendant is a community-created cosmetic item for the Pyro. It is a worn, gray soft cap with a yellow band sitting on top of a black curved visor and includes a small black bowtie.
