The Unknown Mann is a community-created cosmetic item for the Medic. It shaves the Medic's hair to a bald fade, wraps a large bandage around his head, and adds an eye patch strapped over his left eye (which is scarred by two vertical cuts and one horizontal one) and stubble around the his mouth and jawline.

The Unknown Mann was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
