The Crown of the Old Kingdom is a community-created promotional cosmetic item for all classes created for the TF Tomb Contest. It is based on the headress worn by Horus in the video game Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris; a golden and black-striped nemes, complete with a black goatee wrapped in a golden cloth. When worn by the Pyro, it only features the nemes.

This item was awarded in Genuine quality to players who pre-purchased Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris on Steam before December 9, 2014.

The Crown of the Old Kingdom was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
