The Big Topper is a community-created cosmetic item for the Spy. It gives the Spy a striped top hat, complete with a cloth-like, team-colored sash. A white feather is tucked into the side of the sash. It also gives the Spy a curly mustache and a long goatee.
The Big Topper was contributed to the Steam Workshop.

Due to how the textures are set up, painting the Big Topper with single color Paint Cans results in different colorization on the paint regions between teams.
