The Free Mann's Fashion is a community-created cosmetic item for the Medic. It gives the Medic glasses with a thick, black frame and square, opaque lenses, as well as a moustache and a short beard.
This item has three styles, named "Glasses and Beard", "No Glasses", and "No Beard". The "Glasses and Beard" style gives the Medic the entire ensemble, the "No Glasses" style removes the glasses, and the "No Beard" style removes the beard.
The Free Mann's Fashion was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
