The Mask of the Shaman is a promotional cosmetic item for the Demoman. It is based on the mask worn by natives in the video game From Dust; a white mask with team-colored swaying curls and concave places for eyes and lips.

This item was awarded in Genuine quality to players who pre-ordered From Dust on Steam before August 17, 2011.
