Trivia
- Team Fortress Classic's 'Heavy Weapons Guy' wears a similar bandana.
- It was most likely named after the G.I. Joe character Heavy Duty, who is a heavy weaponry expert with a similar doo-rag.
- "Duty Rag" is a play on word of "doo-rag".
- The description of this hat is based on the quotation "It costs four hundred thousand dollars to fire this weapon... for twelve seconds", a phrase from Meet the Heavy that has seen wide usage and parody.
