The Prehistoric Pullover is a community-created cosmetic item for all classes. It is a team-colored hood that resembles a dinosaur with 3 horns atop of the head, white teeth along the brim of the hood, and a loose googly eye on both sides of the hood. When worn by the Medic and Spy, the hood is a darker team colour.

The Prehistoric Pullover was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
