The Handsome Hitman is a community-created cosmetic item for the Sniper. It gives the Sniper a slicked back hair style, a moustache and a scar over his left eye. It also gives him a lit cigarette.
The Handsome Hitman was contributed to the Steam Workshop under the name "Handsome Hitmann".
