The Hot Case is a community-created cosmetic item for the Pyro. It gives the Pyro a team-colored trench coat, similar to the ones typically used by detectives in film noir stories, as well as a scarf.

The Hot Case was contributed to the Steam Workshop.

Trivia

  • The item's name is a pun on the term "Cold Case", which is an unsolved criminal investigation which still remains open for new evidence to support it.
  • The Hot Case and the Burning Question are based on the appearance of the fictional criminal Carmen Sandiego, who sported a very similar getup throughout most iterations.
