The Tsar Platinum is a community-created cosmetic item for the Heavy. It is a naval officer's coat, featuring team-colored armbands that replace the Heavy's usual class symbol with an anchor.
The Tsar Platinum was contributed to the Steam Workshop.

Trivia
- The design of the item is a reference to the jacket worn by Jotaro Kujo, the primary protagonist of Stardust Crusaders, the third part of the manga and anime series JoJo's Bizarre Adventure.
- The name of the item is a reference to Star Platinum from the same series, who in turn was named after the "Star" Tarot Card.
- "Tsar" was the title of the Emperors of Russia.
