The Citizen Cane is a community-created cosmetic item for all classes. It is a team-colored, Candy Cane-styled top hat with a ribbon band. For the Glasses style, it adds a team-colored, Candy Cane-styled glasses as well.
This item has two styles, named Glasses and No glasses.
