The Glittering Garland is a community-created cosmetic item for all classes. It is a gold and silver shimmering tinsel garland with a team-colored bow and a mistletoe with red fruits (regardless of the team) worn as a collar.
The Glittering Garland was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
