It is the tie of Mr. Foster, a character from the game Killing Floor. It, along with Foster's Facade, is obtainable for players who either already own Killing Floor or purchase the game from December 14th, 2010 to January 4, 2011.[1]

- When equipped along with Attendant, both the bow tie and the standard tie overlap.
Trivia
- Equipping the Stockbroker's Scarf will remove the unused Napalm Grenades strapped across the Pyro's chest.
