The Speedster's Spandex is a community-created cosmetic item for the Scout. It replaces the Scout's default t-shirt with gold-trimmed team-colored futuristic outfit and adds a superhero-themed round emblem on his chest. Dark collar and upper side parts of the suit, as well as chest emblem background, are paintable.
The Speedster's Spandex was contributed to the Steam Workshop.

- Spandex or elastane is a synthetic fiber known for its exceptional elasticity. Spandex fiber has been incorporated into a wide range of garments, especially in skin-tight garments like sportswear.
- Item name and design are referencing the Flash, a fictional comic book hero created by DC Comics, also called "the speedster".
