The Mannvich is a community-created cosmetic item for the Heavy. It replaces the Heavy's head with a giant Sandvich, with two pimtento-stuffed olives pinned on top for the eyes.
The head comes with fully-enabled facial flexing for voice commands and responses.
The Mannvich was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
