The Ghastlier Gibus (/'gæstliər/ /ˈdʒaɪbəs/ GAST-lee-er jahy-buhs) is an unlockable cosmetic item for all classes. It is an upgraded version of the Ghastly Gibus that appears less dusty and features a black stripe near the tab, adorned with a white badge similar to the Horseless Headless Horsemann's belt buckle.

The Ghastlier Gibus was added to the game in the Very Scary Halloween Special update. Players who already owned a Ghastly Gibus had it upgraded to the Ghastlier Gibus. The Ghastlier Gibus could also be obtained through the Scarechievement Ghastly Gibus Grab; however, after 26 October 2012, this achievement now rewards the player with a Ghostly Gibus.
