The Tactical Turtleneck is a community-created cosmetic item for the Spy. It replaces the shirt and top piece of the Spy's suit with a dark team-colored turtleneck sweater worn under a team-colored vest.
The Tactical Turtleneck was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
