Update history
- Updated the new community-built hats so they can be crafted.
- This hat was made paintable. Paint scheme added a painted stripe to the cap.
- The paint scheme for the Troublemaker's Tossle Cap was reversed so that the stripes are now the original color, and the rest of The Troublemaker's Tossle Cap's hue changes.
- The paint scheme of the Troublemaker's Tossle Cap was changed so that the cap is completely colored instead of striped.
Bugs
- When a Scout wearing the Troublemaker's Tossle Cap dies via a regular death, the hat disappears completely. When gibbed, the Scout's original hat can be found amongst the body pieces.
