The Physician's Procedure Mask is a community-created miscellaneous item for the Medic, released with the first wave of community-contributed content. It appears as a white or light-blue surgeon's mask, and displays the Medic's emblem on the front.
The mask description was written by AgentJAK for the Hat Describing Contest.
