The Spine-Chilling Skull is a headwear item wearable by all classes. It is a grey sharp-toothed demonic skull with dark grey curled ram horns, with the sockets positioned at the wearer's eyes.
This hat was available for purchase from the Mann Co. Store only during the Scream Fortress event, which ran between the 27th of October and the 8th of November 2010. Players could also craft the hat using the prequisite blueprint for a 50% chance.
As of now, the hat is currently unobtainable from the Mann Co. Store, but is still eligible for crafting.
