The Heavy Duty Rag is a community-created headwear item for the Heavy. It is a team-colored Template:W, or 'do-rag', with the Team Fortress 2 logo as a pattern, which the Heavy has tied over the top of his shining bald pate.

Bugs
- A painted Heavy Duty Rag may appear team-colored upon the Heavy's death.
- Upon death, if the player changes team, the rag will remain the previous team's color.
Trivia
- Team Fortress Classic's Heavy Weapons Guy wears a similar bandanna.
- The description of this hat is based on "It costs four hundred thousand dollars to fire this weapon... for twelve seconds," a phrase from Meet the Heavy that is frequently referenced and parodied.
