Pocket Medic is a miscellaneous item for the Heavy, and was released during the Über Update. It appears as a toy Medic doll that the Medic made exclusively for the Heavy, and it resides in a pocket freshly stitched to the Heavy's vest. It goes to show how much friends that the Medic and the Heavy really are.
