Trivia
- Whoopee caps were popular amongst American youth during the 1930s and 1940s. Commonly, children would make one using their father's worn-out fedora. The process typically involved turning the fedora inside out, trimming it, and then dying the fedora a vibrant color. After the trend caught on, whoopee caps were manufactured for purchase or available as cereal premiums.
- The Whoopee Cap was submitted under the name "Lil' Scamp's Whoopee Cap" by the creator.
- The Whoopee Cap's description references Template:W, of Template:W fame, who famously wears a similar cap.
