The Cremator's Conscience is a miscellaneous item for the Pyro. It is a pair of team-colored Pyro-esque dolls that are attached to the straps on the Pyro's chest. One with an angelic halo, the other with a devil's horns and tail.
This misc item replaces the Napalm Grenades on the Pyro's chest.
