The Top Notch is a promotional headwear item for all classes. It appears as a cardboard box, with several smaller pieces glued on it, and a fedora on top of it, resembling Template:W's avatar in the artistic style of sandbox video-game Template:W. Currently, the only owner of this item is Notch.

- The Top Notch was added to the game.
Bugs
- As the Top Notch occupies the hat equip region, it significantly clips with items that exist in the whole head, necklace, glasses, ears, face and beard equip regions.
